I started Scandinavia Service System, Inc. 1990 with the intention of “ Keeping Phoenix Clean - One Area At A Time” providing a cleaner and healthier indoor environment servicing both commercial and domestic clients.

My cleaning background goes way back. In Sweden, some 30 years ago, I started working in the cleaning industry. Some people believe I’m an obsessive and compulsive cleaner. My wife once wrote me a limerick. See bottom of this page! Truth is, believe it or not, my mother had a strong influence towards my cleaning devotion! She believed "A clean home is a happy home"! At that time of my life I thought she was .... you know what! Looking back I guess she was right. Mothers are always right!

Cleaning has Meaning!

A clean surrounding promotes order and efficiency. Most people would probably agree with that! I've met many who has been visiting the Kingdom of Sweden. They always tell me how clean everything looks there. They said it made them feel good and comfortable. The combination of being a Swede, working in the cleaning industry and interested in promoting trade eventually took me from Sweden to the Middle East and the Far East. Back to Europe and finally to the USA! Arrived first in Cleveland Ohio, the birth town of my wife. A few years later we moved on to Phoenix where we been ever since. Cleaning is an essential element in maintaining a healthy environment. Imagine a world where no one cleans! Intelligent cleaning tools get it cleaner!

New products, new construction material and new buildings emerge all the time changing the way we live and how we maintain our environment. All this requires a constant upgrade in knowledge regarding cleaning methods and cleaning techniques. New cleaning tools adopted to those changes arrive constantly. To learn about all those changes I devote both time and money visiting trade shows, attending conventions and participating in different industry events. This dedication and devotion to the industry keeps me constantly informed about important developments in the industry and makes me and our organization uniquely qualified in providing professional cleaning services.

While service is our core business we have also found that we learnt a lot about which cleaning equipment does really work. Early 2000 we started marketing those cleaning tools through our SwedeClean™ Products division and promoting them as "Intelligent cleaning products for those who care!". The tools and equipment are suitable for both the domestic and the commercial market. We believe our clients will benefit from our experience by using already tested and proven tools that works! If they don't work we don't sell them and we don't use them. It's as simple as that!
