KRIS MASONMy name is Kris Mason. I started doing stand up comedy in 1992. Kris honed his skills while performing for clubs in the greater southwest including The Tempe Improv, Knuckle Heads, Finney Bones, The Last Laugh, and Laffs Comedy Club. His list of corporate clients include Microsoft, Wells Fargo, ASU and Embry Riddle Aeronautics University Kris is currently a member of the Phoenix Film Critics Society. He writes a column called Reel-2-Real that is published in several East Valley publications. His wit and humor are always a constant in his observations and writing style. He is currently developing a pilot for a movie review show. Has opened for national Headliners including, Jeff Altman, Charles Fleischer (the voice of Roger Rabbit), Greg Proops (TV’s “Who’s Line is it Anyway”) and Hugh Fink (TV’s “Saturday Night Live”), and local favorites such as Mark Cordez, Michael Finney, Ron Morey, and Bob Kubota. Kris has participated in various benefits for charities in the Phoenix area including Children with Aid Foundation and the American Heart Association. Named as Charles “Chili” Davis’ favorite comedian by the former New York Yankee himself. Kris’ act is clean (occasionally crossing over into PG-13 territory) and professional. He is available for corporate entertainment as well as representation.
