Price Information

Bi-Weekly service range from $12.50 and up per room depending on house size, number of people, pets and other conditions related to cleaning . Room size over 250 SqFt counted as two areas. Areas to be serviced should preferable be "un-cluttered". We gladly come and give you an estimate.

Price example: Our exclusive basic "Rotating Schedule" cleaning service of 3 to 5 bedrooms, family room, living and dining room combo, incl. kitchen and 2 1/2 baths, no stairs and not exceeding 2000 Square Feet typically range between $70.00 to $85.00 per visit.

Larger homes, estates or houses with stairs and/or other special requests (laundry, bed making etc) does require a consultation visit to your home before we can quote a price.

The crew has been trained in using techniques and methods developed by Scandinavia Service System, Inc. to achieve a clean and healthy indoor environment using a standardized cleaning schedule.

Our service area is East Valley. For smaller clean-ups our minimum charge is $55.00 plus travel.
