Prices shown for fabric cleaning relates to synthetic
carpet fibers, most types and styles, light to moderately soiled. For specialty
type of styles such as shag, price will be determined on site. If carpet
is heavily soiled and stained an additional service fee will be added
(See
Dual Action Cleaning). Be aware of that going over same area with too many
wand strokes can lead to over wetting and possible damage to the carpet. For carpets
maintained on regular intervals (3 to 5 months) there is a maintenance
contract available offering a price reduction up to 20%.

Minimum charge for any basic
service is $95.00 within 5 miles from point of origin thereafter
50 cent per mile.
