Emergency Water Removal Service is available. If your intention is to file a claim please consult first with your insurance company to request their approval. If you are not making a claim we provide basic emergency water removal and air moving equipment speeding up the drying process as well as providing consulting service that could save you a bunch of money. 

Typically you are charged an emergency fee of minimum $90.00 plus labor charges for the actual water removal in addition to charges for applying topical deodorizer or sanitizer plus any charges for air movers assisting in speedier drying. 

Other services deemed necessary such as removing of pad, removing of carpet, removing of structural elements or renting of restorative drying equipment, dehumidifiers and other specialty equipment we only provide consulting information at a price which will be determined upon what involvement our services are needed. 

Your insurance carrier is ultimately responsible for any action in regards to any claim or loss you encounter  in connection to water damage!
