Heating System & Air Conditioning System	• Check filters every month. • Have annual system maintenance service done one month before the heating season begins. • Have annual system maintenance service done one month before the air-condition season begins. • Keep the condensing units free of debris.
Pool / Spa	• Keep a proper water level. • Consult your pool and spa company for suggestions about maintaining your particular system.
Electrical System	•To prevent power outages, be sure there are not too many appliances plugged into one circuit.
Plumbing System	• Once a year, clean the coils on the back or underneath with a vacuum cleaner.
Microwave	• Do not use pans or dishes that are metal or have metallic trim • Only use mild soap and / or baking soda to clean the interior. Abrasive cleaners or scouring pads can damage the lining.
Refrigerator	• Clean the interior shelves, shell and gaskets every three months. • Once a year, clean the coils on the back or underneath with a vacuum cleaner.
Range / Oven	• To avoid damaging the burners, do not use extra-large and heavy cooking pots or pans. • If you have a self-cleaning oven, do not use any other method to clean it. However, if appliance been misused and abused this product will help.
Dishwasher	• Mineral deposits on the heating element can be cleaned with vinegar. • Be sure dishes don?t block and damage the spray arm.
Garbage Disposal	• To clean the disposal, push a full tray of ice cubes through it while running cold water. • Always remember to run water during use and for at least tow minutes after you finish.
Washer / Dryer	• Clean the lint screen after each load of clothes has been dried and the unit is empty. • To adjust the level of your washing machine, turn the legs clockwise to lower them or counter clockwise to raise them. • Yearly inspect and if needed clean dryer exhaust.
Trash Compactor	• Replace the deodorant supply regularly to prevent odors. • Before use, be sure the bag is in the proper position and that the retainer ring and clips are in place.
Water Softner	• Check salt level every two weeks. • Check for leaks.
Reverse Osmosis	• Replace filters every 12 to 18 months.
Garage Doors And Openers	• Do allow for yearly professional inspection. • Lubricate rollers, hinges and springs every 6 mo's. • Inspect tracks for looseness, wear etc. • Inspect cables for fraying and hinges for cracking. • Do not adjust springs, cables or put fingers between sections of door and don't touch chain while in operation!
