Be aware the steam assists in breaking down soil quicker. The main cleaning action will come from the microfiber. The EZ1 will not clean the grout. It will clean the floor and will brighten up and remove some soil from carpet. The EZ canister with the brush and plastic nozzle will be able to do a better job in removing soil from the grout line. Be patient.
