Here is a great way to save some money and and as well make it easier to dispose of collected dirt! Use this large white paper filter that folds over the rubber edge. Fits RY4001 and RY4001 with or w/o cone. No need to use this yellow Royal expensive hepa filter bag fitting only RY4000 unless it is a specifically requirement for one reason or the other.

 

 


This bag fits RY4000 and RY4001with or w/o cone. Click on pic for enlargement. Some cut off the length of the bag and others (like me) just "tear" the paper a bit to get a good fit. I've done it for a long time...works fine!
