Prochem Water based tile and grout sealer

Provides long-lasting protection for grout lines, and for porous stone and tile. Penetrates deep into the surface to repel everyday soil. The latest fluoropolymer ingredients effectively seal the surface, making routine cleaning and maintenance easier. Water based formula allows for convenient application.

Use on clean, fully cured grout, clay pavers, Saltillo tile, terra cotta, brick and masonry.

Apply undiluted to grout joints, using a pump sprayer or a microfiber floor pad. If desired apply a second treatment after 30 minutes for additional protection.

Sealer cures normally in 3 to 4 hours and is completely dry after 24 hrs. Keep area closed to foot traffic for at least 8 hrs.

Reapplication recommended after 12 mo's. One gallon covers approx 300 to 400 square feet.
