There are pros and cons with everything you do. Before you put sealer on do remember that eventually the grout will again become soiled and some of it will be captured inside the sealer. This might require more and stronger chemicals or you might have to have a contractor come in and restore the grout line. Myself I don't have my ceramic kitchen grout sealed. I just clean it more often! It looks better that way. However, I have my patio Saltillo tile sealed! So it all depends on what you want and need. I'll try to make sure you get the products that works.

The grout lines are sometimes dirtier than you think!
