Orders placed with us will mostly ship within approx 7 official business days from date of our order notification with the exception of weekends, holidays and possible back orders. We only deliver complete orders unless you agree to pay additional shipping charges.

We ship most orders with either USPS (United States Postal Service) using Priority Mail with 2 - 3 days delivery time or Parcel post with 7 to 10 days delivery time and occasionally we also use UPS with 2 to 10 days delivery time depending upon where in the US you are. If the shipping charges you paid is less than the cost of actual shipping we ship parcel post or UPS else we ship priority.  Prices subject to change without notice!

If for some reason your order will not ship within the above mentioned time frame, we will notify you via e-mail or phone is you have sent us that information.. Make sure your email provider will have to accept email from swedeclean@cox.net. If you have not received an order confirmation from us might depend upon your email security setting! Do not hesitate to call 480-759-5120 to check on your order status. We ship only complete orders. Partial shipping or back orders allowed only for orders over $200.00. See also communication policy. Click here. If you for any reason request a refund before the order is shipped PayPal ( the credit card processor ) now charges a nominal fee not covered by us.

All of our products are guaranteed for 30 days. If you buy one of our products and are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the unused portion for a refund as long as product(s) are in a re-sellable condition (original packaging and un-used, No questions asked!) and having obtained proper return claim number. You pay for return shipping including insurance! You will be refunded the purchase price of the returned items, less shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee as soon as the items been re-stocked. All orders that are refused delivery are subject to an automatic restocking fee of 30%. This return policy does not cover items not functioning or covered under manufacturers warranty but you still have to call us to get a return claim no.

With your return, include a copy of the original order receipt and a brief explanation for the return.

SwedeClean must receive all returns within 20 days from the date the order was received. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. For your protection, returns should be shipped using a method that provides a tracking number or requiring the receiver to sign for the package.

All returns are usually processed within 7 10 business days from receipt of your item(s). Refunds are made using PayPal refund for which there is a nominal process fee.

Note: Certain orders, including those with multiple items and/or large quantities of individual items, are subject to a restocking fee of 30%. If you are uncertain of the application of a product, contact us prior to ordering large quantities to avoid a possible restocking fee.

Defective Items

If you believe the item you received is defective, call us before you return the item. We will either ship out a replacement or issue a PayPal refund allowing for you to send the item back at no cost to you. Please do not return a defective item without prior authorization!

Missing Items

If you believe item(s) missing from your original order please send us an email with your claim and include your phone no and we will get back to you promptly.
